Port Townsend
is situated on the Olympic Peninsula of Washington State, home of
the Olympic National Park and the Olympic National Forest, which
contains one of only two temperate rain forests in this hemisphere.
The Olympic Peninsula is bordered by the Strait of Juan de Fuca to
the north, with beautiful Victoria, British Columbia just beyond,
and the Pacific Ocean to the west.
